The genre of my opening sequence is thriller

 The duration of my opening sequence is 1 minute and 45 secs 

Target audience-

My media product is mainly targeting the teenage age group as they would be more excited to see a person trapped in a game and then they have to find their way out even id it mean that life can go .

Character breakdown-

Olivia 

Olivia is a 17 year old female. She is living in hell with her abusive boyfriend who has been abusing her for over a year but she cant do any thing as he is blackmailing her on leaking some some photographs to her family members and others which could risk her career or break many people's trust. her only escape is the time when she is jogging or doing some work. 

Jay 

Jay is a 21 year old guy who loves to work loves doing to trying something new like crazy adventures. He more money minded person which means earning money and working is more than just a job to him. He loves money and also likes spending it like how a rich person would.

Jade 

Jade is a 17 year old female who loves the idea of having a house full of books. She a typical nerd who loves reading books as it is an escape from the reality and she enjoy it rather than actually meeting new people and interacting with them.   

Rationale- 

Thriller genre is something that i love watch and associate a lot to it. I also have written many thriller story which i like. I have a good experience with camera and how to operate them. I also have a good sense on lighting. The skills i would learn from this process would be how to edit properly and also help me to improve my skill set.

Research-

There are two types of research which is primary and secondary research. For my opening sequence i chose to do a primary research as it is more reliable and all the data collected in up to date. I did an interview with teenagers to see what do they expect or think abut thriller movies and the other method was a online survey. 

Constrains and contingency-

There are many problems with getting a permission to shoot at a particular spot. If the shooting there denied then keep a back up plan where there is s location where there is no need of permission. Many times some actors can't make to the set so i my opinion have many buffer(additional) days of shooting. 

Legal and ethical consideration-

I have chosen Netflix as my distribution company so would have ti give it proper credits as if i don't give proper credits that would be going against the leagl rules and regulations.  

Budget-

I didn't really spend a lot of money in spend a lot of money in renting or buying additional equipment. So i spent 500/-RS per day for daily expenses which covered the transportation cost as well.
