We(media classmates ) had a gone to attend a guest lecture in a different college where we got to meet Jay Oza who is the cinematographer for Gully Boy and Raman Raghav as well as some episodes in Made if Heaven, an Amazon Prime show. He was also awarded as the best cinematographer for the movie Gully Boy. He talked about his experience while shooting and how he tackled the problems while shooting.
It was really beneficial for me as i came to know about his struggles while becoming a cinematographer and also how some problems can be dealt in a different way beat that is related to the lights or the songs and also the location. He also talked about how experimenting is important and not always sticking with the story board or the script as it does ends up good.
