Motifs

What are motifs?

A motif is a repeated narrative element in the film which keeps re - occurring through out the film.  A motif can be shown or represented through physical items, sound, colors, music, symbol etc.

Motif applied to my Opening sequence

As the opening sequence tittle suggest 'The Black Box', there is a black box that each character receives which leads them to come to a place called 'escape if you can' which helps people to escape the reality and can get away from the monotonous routine and do something fun and adventuring. The black box appears in every scene, three times in total opening duration. The black box is very important as it carries my story forward to the part where the three characters enter the three door.
